National Payroll Company
This project consisted of a 17,000 square foot office space, which was purchased by a national company. The space was divided into two areas; one is a lite production area to print payroll tickets, and the remaining is commercial office space. The client hired CBC to act as their Owner Project Manager. The facilities team was located out of state, and needed local presence to help keep the job moving forward in a timely manner. The work consisted of removing existing flooring, adding power and data, new finishes throughout, removing two demising walls to create a more open feel for the staff, along with adding 60 new workstations.
