This project is a complete renovation of an existing 14,000 square foot facility that will have an immediate impact on the local community. Once completed, the medical center will have services for dental, behavioral health and primary care. There will be 18 Exam Rooms and 9 Dental Exam Rooms. Colp Building Consulting is once again partnering with First Peak Construction to work as their Executive Project Manager. Our two teams work seamlessly to create one cohesive team in order to hand over the best project possible to our clients.
