Women's Health

Colp Building was hired by one of their trusted general contractor partners to work as the Project Manager on this 6,000 square foot renovation of the Women's Health area at the Outpatient Pavilion for UConn Health. This consisted of the demolition of existing spaces, and turning them into new exam rooms, patient restrooms, a lab, and removing an an existing Blood Draw space. We worked with the architect and engineer to navigate existing HVAC systems, along with added new work, as well as working to match existing finishes to maintain a seamless look throughout the floor. This took extensive coordination amongst all parties.
